Dear Kamaljeet Singh It may be sheath blight. Spray any ONE of the following fungicides. Carbandazim. 1 gm OR Propiconazole. 1 ml OR Hexaconazole. 2 ml in one litre of water. About 200 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Good luck

Dear Parasuramaraju Gollapalli It is bacterial blight. Spray 0.5 gms Streptocycline AND 3 gms copper oxychloride in one litre of water. About 200 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Repeat the spray after 15 days. Good luck.
