Dear Abhishek I agree with Mr Suresh Gollar that the crop is affected by earhead bugs and bacterial panicle blight. Spray 0.5 gms Streptocycline AND 3 gms copper oxychloride AND 2 ml Malathion in one litre of water. About 200 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Good luck
