Yes i agree with Basit Khan 's diagnosis, your plant is attacked by Sooty Mold' s fungus, it might be due to Sucking insect

Jitendra Kumar Rathore It is Sooty Mold... Spray Starch Solution.... (1kg Maida in 5 litres of water. Boil it and dilute to 20 liters and spray...) Control sucking pests...
