Dear Nirmal Padhan Kasugamycin ( am I right ? ) is an antibiotic, which acts against bacteria. It is a bactericide , but not a fungicide. Not it is leaf blast , caused by fungus . Hence fungicides must be used ,. not bactericide. Spray any ONE of the following fungicides Carbandazim 1 gm OR Propiconazole. 1ml OR Hexaconazole. 2ml in one litre of water. About 200 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Good luck
