Dear Praveenkumar This is fungal stem rot. Spray any ONE of the following pesticides. Carbandazim. 1 gm OR Propiconazole. 1ml. OR Hexaconazole. 2 ml in one litre of water. About 200 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Good luck.
