Dear Vikas Verma The causative agent for brown colour of young developing grains is bacteria. On development , the grains turn brown , leading to reduction in quality of the rice. Spray 0.5 gms Streptocycline AND 3 gms copper oxychloride in one litre of water. About 200 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. Good luck.
