Dear Harvinder Khaira It is rice earhead bug. It sucks the sap from milky grains , and the grains become chaffy. Spray Malathion 2 ml in one litre of water. About 200 litres of spray solution may be required per acre. About 400 ml of Malathion may be required per acre. Alternatively , Malathion can be dusted 8 to 10 kgs per acre
