MTU 7029 in active tillering stage after 3 days of NPK fertilization older leaves of some plants become affected from Tip of leaf to margin with yellow, brown then dead of complet leaf.One more thing we hv spread fenoxyprop-p-ethyl herbiside about 10 to 15 days ago. So plz guide me

This is sulphide injury....allow the field to dry till air cracks are seen.....water logging you should be avoided....thin film of water should me maintained and drying of the crop....

Nirmal Padhan MTU 7029 SWARNA has high waterlogged capacity, I think you don't need to avoid water logging conditions. Fenoxyprop p ethyl is a selective herbicide and it doesn't effect the paddy crop. This might be Fertilizer Burn. or Older tillers usually die at 10% ratio when there is prolonged fertigation.

Nirmal Padhan please do check for any insects population within the field. Leaf from another hill shows two symptoms. Rice Hispa & Bacterial Blight of Rice just a suggestion after close examination of your picture.
