Hi Keshab Chhetri the symptom is called Blast of Rice due to fungus attack azoxystrobin work well in this for better result azoxystrobin+coppor oxychloride mix both as a foliar for effective control thank you for visiting plantix

Dear Keshab Chhetri I agree with Tufail Abbas that it is blast of rice. As advised by him azaxystrobin and copper oxy chloride can be effectively used to control the disease. Artur

Dear Manejebem | Carol and Artur It is a clear case of fungal infection. The edges of the spot are dark , which is charecteristic of fungal infection. In case of pesticides damage , the edges of the spots does not become dark
