Hi Rajwinder Sidhu. It looks like Nitrogen Deficiency . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures. It's also associated with water deficiency. Give good amount of water to get good growth and development of your rice crop.

The field is also infested with bacterial blight and blast initiation. Please apply plantomycine 1gm per 1 ltr water and triclazole 2gm per liter
