We are suffered with our seeds turn into brown and after few time it changes to ash colour .how can we spoil this disease we want help from you .our entire field getting damaged we are invest a lot in this field.

We didinot observe any bacteria around this area but we are lossing a lot in my field .plant seeds become brown in colour after few days it turns in ash colour .there no juice to prepare rice in the seed please kindly answer to my problem
