Hi Sourav Kundu . Normally the nutritional deficiencies will not be so eagerly represent in seedbed, if provides basal dosages. From the image I suspect it's due to over fertilizers application or due to salty water effect if I am right. Let's check. Thanks for visiting.

Now I am known this. Actually it was bacterial left blight. And I was applied in this seed bed antibiotics (Di-bromo Di-nitro propendiol 3gm/4 litter water)then it was controlled.
