According to me the yellow colour and the leaves distortion might be happened due two reasons: Rice Thrips and Magnesium Deficiency Please check and upload some closed up view of damaged leaves once again, so we can confirm the actual diagnosis. By this time, pls check at the base if it seems to show any signs of Brown Planthopper . Hope that it helps you!
