Purple stain on the leaf of lemongrass
I have found out that most of the lemongrass that i have planted have this kind of purple stain visible near the tip of the leaf of lemongrass

Sir Rice plant show this type of structure on leaves. What are its causes??
As shown in pic plant show irregular structures on its leaves. 4 days ago i also provide zinc nutrient with urea.
