Seems like Brown Spot of Rice is there. Please upload more pictures of individual leaves, leaf sheath, and around the base to ck if it is also infested with: Bacterial Blight of Rice or Brown Planthopper Thank you for your interests in Plantix Community!

This picture looks like Neck blast or Blast of Rice, causal agent is same pathogen. Ck in plantix library or treat with Azoxystrobin+difenconazole .
