Sir I compared with Hispa and leaf roller but it differ from them.

Do you so suspect anything like chewing damage? Beetles are though not major pest for rice also are found abundantly on other host weeds. If there's scarcity of food they can damage rice leaves too. Please compare if you liked it. 🙏🙏
