it looks like potash deficiency with some insects damage might be whorl maggots. Apply potash and spray lambda cyhalothrin or chlorantroanilprole or fipronil or deltamethrin or indaxcarb

It looks like Bacterial Blight of Rice on picture number 3. Have a look at the link for further information. You also have some feeding damages, but I can not identify the pest on these pictures

It also seems that you have Rice Leafroller on your rice. Have a look at picture 4, bottom right corner. One rice leaf is curled lengthwise. Please open it up and look for a caterpillar inside or post a picture of it
