it isBrown Planthopper of rice. with held irrigation minimum application of nitrogenous fertilizer. make allies east west directions at 2feet intervals. spray neemarin. or chloropyriphos or fipronil or fenvalrate or deltamethrin or bipin or jump or imidacloprid or monocrotophos or chlorantroanilprole. kindly refer plantix library for more information and description of the problem and management. click on the blue link to access the library. thanks
