saiprasad ji, please look for any catterpillar inside the stem, if there is any then it is affected by dtem borer and you can spray cartafhydrochloride at 400gm per acre if there is no catterpillar then definitely it is zinc deficiency symptom, make a foliar spray..,

it is looks like rice tungro virus pls remove that plant from field and apply monochrotophos
