This is paddy leaf folder or Rice Leafroller (Cnapalocrocis medanalis)and Rice Hispa damage. it folds paddy leaves and feed green matter inside making irregular patches.where as Hispa won't fold leaves ,it simply eats up chlorophyll making narrow streak on paddy leaves. it can be controlled by spraying fipronil or chlorantranilloprole or flubendiamide.or chloropyriphos or deltamethrin or lambda cyhalothrin
