It might be due to larvae attack. Carryout spray of Thiodicarb or Prophenophos. Thanks

this is effected by caterpillar. management: A) use of natural predator like Beauveria bassiana b) use of chemical like carbaryl or thiodicarb c) remove infected plant parts. for more information use plantix library.

Its insects attack... Try to spray neem oil mixed with water.. 1 to 2 tsp of neem oil in 1 liter of water. . Go organic
