Hi Ranjeet Yadav. Have you sprayed any chemicals or herbicides or liquid fertilizers on plant ? Have you received heavy rains recently ? Check attack of any disease and pest below the leaves ? Check your fertilizer schedule ? Check above details and send it's clear details again with pictures please.

Recently i sprayed 19 19 19 micronutrients and sea weed no rain fall recently and no herbicide leaves are green but loose

Hi Ranjeet Yadav . If so, check concentration of 19 all spray. Compare symptoms with Bacterial Wilt as said by Tufail Abbas by clicking on green link for taking control measures from Plantix library. No specific chemicals available to control this disease.
