Hi Nelson Ojijo the symptom is look like Blossom End Rot also look like insect damage called Mango Fruit Borer have you see any insect inside in pumpkin? Have you used any calcium supplements

Nelson Ojijo remove the infected fruits from plants and if the problem is over 15% then you must should to spray of trichlorfon+mancozeb

Insect problem but now its time of fungus downy mildew as a prevention i suggest you fungicide+insecticide to save your plants from fungi and insects attack
