Noman Tahir Sukhera dear your symptoms looks like Potato Leafroll Virus. First you should control the host insects. Apply bifentren first and then spry NPK.

Hi Noman Tahir Sukhera unfortunately the symptoms are much close to Potato Leafroll Virus There is no remedy for viral infestation. But you can control it by the controlling of vector.

Noman Tahir Sukhera this seems like plrv But keep in mind vector for plrv is aphid which is not present in present conditions of temperature This may due to extreme low (frost) temperatures and symptoms on new leaves So Please use a good quality amino acids to boost crop health which will be resistant against weather and other stress factors
