Hi Kishan Singh . No any partial dead symptoms observed. Its showing symptoms of Nitrogen Deficiency and initial stage of Potassium Deficiency including Potato Leafroll Virus disease. This virus disease transmits through vectors like Aphids. So, control vectors to control this disease too. Click on green links for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library.
