Early Blight - Potato

Potato Potato

A

Should I pay attention to this?

I have two potato plants. I am noticing the past days that potato no1 keeps growing as less green than normal (I am comparing it with potato no2) Potato no1 was suffering late blight, so I was using solution for this the past (maybe there is a root rot issue). Potato no1, seems still suffering something I not sure what it is. I have included pictures for the lower leaves because they seem little dying. Previously I have posted an issue and applied a solution for late blight, the leaf I posted is surviving so far, and disease not spreading on it, but not sure what is happening for all other lower leaves.

Samira Ghouil سميرة غويل I thought to ask if I can use Hydrogen Peroxide to help treating this? If so does it matter the concentration and do you know how much to use?
