Hi Kasthuri . It's showing symptoms of Potassium Deficiency and Iron Deficiency . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Clean weeds, if any. Apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost once in 6 months to get good growth. Don't do overwatering and direct watering on plant. Don't allow soil to become water logged. Try to care your rose plant well.
