Hello dear this is disease called pomegranate wilt. please remove all dried branches and stem and apply copper or Bordeaux paste at the cut. Drench cabriotop 2.5g/l or tilt 2.g/l. After 20-30 days apply neam or deodar mulch into its basin. Make proper drainage of the basin do not allow too wet.
