Hi Satyajit. It seems to be like Boron Deficiency . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. Also need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost or any compost once in 6 months along with recommended dosage of fertilizers or 19:19:19 complex fertilizers to get good growth. Also check symptoms with Thrips by clicking on green link for taking control measures from Plantix library. Try well and take care of your plant please.
