Ali Looks like Thrips damage of new flushes and minute dots on leaves could be something like Cercospora Fruit and Leaf Spot. Pls ck in Plantix Library by clicking on green links and compare.

Hi Ali I'm agreed with the above suggestion. Go for the application of Propicanazole chemical. It is easily available in Pakistani markets. Heavily infested leaves and fruits must be removed.
