Hi Maksud Ali Gadad . It seems to be like Bihar Hairy Caterpillar attack. If small in numbers - hand pick and Burn them. If heavy infestations, spray neem oil to control this pest. Also use fertilizer calculater available here on home page of Plantix to increase your crop productivity.
