Hi Dayanand . It looks like Sunburn in Pomegranate. This occurs in young plants with less leaves with some black spots on hard skin of Pomegranate. Control measures: 1. Adjusting irrigation and fertigation schedule 2. Use shade net 3. Use of UV rays projecting Ray's nets 4. Use of paper bags to protect each fruit.
