I only started planting things I eat this year, my pomegranates are getting discolouration and loss of leafs. Do they do that during fall/winter?

I think this is due to a high concentration of manure that caused the plant to burn

this looks like leaf burn dur to excess nitrogenous fertilizers or sunburn which fertilizer you can use or from which side of plant burns more use super potasium humate and vermicompost to the plant
