melaybug or fungal infection on pomegrenates

There are black spots on the pomegranates leading us to think its anthracnose or black spot disease. All infected fruits have also melay bugs on them with black spots on fruit surface where melaybugs are. Is this melaybug problem or fungal disease?

The mealybugs made wound and the infection starts from the wound. So you have to use insecticide & fungicide both.
