We faceing severe attack thrips in chilli crop Help me to found correct solution

We wr try high cost fertilizer imdiacloprid and Spinosad ACETAMIPRID and yellow color sticking traps but I doest under controlling Its over to damage crops

Venkatesh S Chilli Thrips 1. Install blue sticky traps. 2. Spray Spinosad + Neem oil.
