What could be causing my pepper plant leaves to turn yellow?

Growth issue in chilli nursery
Hello everyone, I am very concerned about my chilli nursery growth. I was sowing chilli seeds in 25dec2020 under walking tunnel using pro trays and peat moss. After 50+ days my plants still on 4-5 leaves and at 3 inches and leaves turning to yellow. My germination rate is also not so good. Please advise to apply anything helps to grow my nursery. I am attaching few pictures for your reference.

Hi Jay Pandoliker please Check the roots if they are rotting. Watering appears to be excessive

Samira Ghouil سميرة غويل I have checked and the roots look good actually they are white. It seems to be case of excessive fertilization looking at the soil analysis results.
