Some plants are died and some are not good and no development of plants in some plants So please suggest me ....to cure the disease

What does this plant need? There are several problems with hot pepper and sweet peppers; There are no flowers.
Leaves turned yellow and half of field looks completely with yellow plants.
I haven’t get any chili. Flower become yellow and fall down.
