I have sown the chilly in 100% compost which holds water then my leaves started turning yellow so i stopped watering until the soil is dry and then watering again..still no improvement in condition

Hi Mufaddal Though I'm not sure, it could be due to Potassium Deficiency and Sulfur Deficiency Please check this link for more details and preventive measures.
