Dear Joy Of Plantation, This could be a clear symptom of primary infestation of Chilli Thrips. You know that acaricides like Abamectin or proprigite are proven chemicals that should be continued in a regular manner in every 10 days interval until flowering. Otherwise, the leaves will show curling appearance.
