Hi Anilkumar Jatoth. It looks like Fusarium Stem Rot . Click on green link for checking symptoms and taking control measures from Plantix library. If heavy rains - open trenches in and around the field to drain out excessive water from the field, so that, your crop might recover again. Also need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure with recommended dosage of fertilizers or use fertilizer calculater available here on home page of Plantix to increase your crop productivity.
