HelloJoy Of Plantation, How are you? After a long since. Looks like that your capsicum plant has been infested with a chewing caterpillar that produced excreta on the leaves. If not it could be associated with Wet Rot disease. Happy to know that you're still cultivating capsicum over the last four yrs.
