Anyone know what this is/if it's normal

The lower surface of the leaves change into red colour and we observe small pests
Leaves are in light yellow colour and no growth in plant
Stem and leaf looking Black in chilli crop

Thanks, I was wondering if that might be it but there are no spots on any of the leaves at all and the rest of the plant looks fairly healthy so wants sure if it was? They are only on at the very edges of the growing points

Hi Helen, I see also a leaf that is crumble a bit, and this might be Trips o arañuelas , also the dark spots might spread to the fruit and flowers it is the beginning, please send us more photos so we can better diagnose the pathogen, cheers,
