Can anyone identify this problem in Chillies crop
No growth. Yellowish leaves. Fruiting is low. Fruit size is small

Foliage are turning yellow and flowers are dying
Recently I sprayed multiminerals (tracel ) with hydraspeed ( ca & boron ) but some amount of herbicide is mixed by mistake and foliage are turning yellow ,buds are dying and flowers are dying ,is there any medication or procedure to revive plants ( lush green ) & to increase flowering

Not sure what's causing the dark spots
Over all the plant seems happy lots of flowering and lots of fruiting but there are these dark spots on alot of the plant including the stems of the peppers and flowers new growth is absent of the dark spots was thinking mayb insecticide burn?

I see white spots on this plant Crossandra "కనకాంబరం"
I think this is not aphids. What is solution. I do not observe any damage to the plant.
