Spoil the plant . The leaves turn yellow and deteriorate. Please help me

Please see the picture and send the solution.
+ 5We see this problem with 50 days old chilli . Out of 100, 10 plants are like this. Veins are not yellow. Not finding any flies are any insects backside to leaf. Please advise.
We sprayed... Thimethaxame, imamectin benzoate, fipronil and other chemicals but..... There is no results.... Please suggest.... How to cure...

Manoj Pls remove the affected leaves and spray sufficient water to the whole canopy for next 10 days. Stop drip irrigation during this ten days to keep the soil at optimum moisture level.
