Tabasco plant was transplanted 10ish days ago. Noticed this white coloring and I'm not sure what it could be.

Hello William Mcconnell The older leaves are showing sign of Powdery Mildew Quick solution: 👉Azoxystrobin 18.2% SC , Difenoconazole 11.4% SC. And the new leaves are showing sign of Chilli Thrips Quick solution: Go for application of 👉Spinosad 45% SC Also the leaves are transparent green color which shows sign of Nitrogen Deficiency Iron Deficiency Manganese Deficiency For confirmation purpose please click on the above green hyperlink to get prevention and control measures.
