Dear Mohmmad Alhawany, The insect already gone under the soil for pupation after eating your chilli leaves. So, there's no chance now to find it on leaf surface 😁😂😀

Mohmmad Alhawany Some leaves are damaged by leaf eating insect. It might be Tobacco Caterpillar For that you can go for application of Neem oil 5ml/L.
