Why these holes occur on the aspects of the paper?

Holes occur in newly grown leaves and crease at the top of the plant, as in the photos attached

Dear Mohmmad Alhawany, The insect already gone under the soil for pupation after eating your chilli leaves. So, there's no chance now to find it on leaf surface 😁😂😀

Mohmmad Alhawany Some leaves are damaged by leaf eating insect. It might be Tobacco Caterpillar For that you can go for application of Neem oil 5ml/L. Also some leaves show sign of Nitrogen Deficiency For more details please click on the above green hyperlink to get prevention and control measures.

Mohmmad Alhawany You're quite right, pls apply nitrogenous fertilizer like urea dissolved in water in very low concentration.
