Hi Raj Pathare . Sent image is not clear and dull. Though on zooming, I think it's due to Thrips and Potassium Deficiency. Lets check symptoms by clicking on green links for taking control measures from Plantix library. Also need to apply good amount of Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost to get good growth of your Hibiscus plants. Try well and take care of your plant.
