User Looks like stem rot. Drench with Thiophinate methyl

Hi User . It is caused by Damping-Off of Seedlings . It might be due to warm and rainy weather resulting to excessive moisture in the soil. To prevent it you can use Captan, copper-based fungicides like Copper oxychloride and Cuprous oxide as drench to soil or seed treatment. Hope it helps. :]
