I am not getting flowers or fruits,its falling down. Recently leaf got some disease, what could be the problem? kindly advise..Thanks in advance

This plant is different from all plant,slow growth,leaves are in light yellow colour. Which fertilizer cures this type of problems
Leaves are in light yellow colour and no growth in plant

My capsicum plants top leaves are curling upwards and have pale green colour instead of dark green. Plz let me kbw whats wrong eith it and what i should do. The older leaves have small dark brown spots.
