Hi, I have two rainbow fire chili's which have these black or dark spots on their leaves. I once had some black gnats but they disappeared after the use of neem for the soil. Are maybe the roots damaged or do I have to fertilize?

Yes thank you the information fit to my plants. But I'm still wondering why it didn't happen to my other plants because they were all planted with the same soil and watered the same. I sometimes used tapwater which can be very calcareous sometimes.
